Meet The Author, Sue Seal

As a wellness practitioner, Sue combines the Western philosophy of physical therapy with Eastern medical beliefs blending Yoga, Jin Shin, and integrative nutritional strategies to equip her clients with the tools they need to gain optimal health.
Sue believes that knowledge is the greatest power she can offer her clients.
